EASTON AND BELL MARTGE

Easton Sports and Riddell Bell have announced that they will merge and become Easton-Bell Sports. The combined company will have more than a million dollars in annual revenue and strong market positions in snow, motorcycle, auto racing, baseball, softball and hockey.

WHAT IS EASTON SPORTS?
Easton Sports is a distributor, manufacturer, marketer, and developer of hockey, baseball, softball, and cycling equipment for both professionals and amateurs. Easton Sports employs more than 1,200 people around the world and has facilities in Utah and California, Mexico as well as Canada, Canada, and Asia. Mountain bikers are most familiar with Easton as the maker of the first CT2 carbon flat bars and TaperWall aluminium bars.

WHAT IS RIDDELL BELL?
Riddell Bell is the most prominent designer and marketer for head protection. It is the biggest marketer of helmets, accessories, and other products used in motorsports such as bicycling, snow sports, and action sports. It is the preferred brand for many prominent athletes, including Brian Lopes and Hans Rey, seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong, Tony Hawk, renowned Motocross Champion Jeremy McGrath, and Indy Racing League Champion Dan Wheldon.

Riddell Bell was created when Riddell (the National Football League’s official supplier for helmets for 15-years) merged with Bell Helmets. This is a major manufacturer of motorcycle, auto racing and cycling helmets. Riddell Sports Group and Bell Sports Corporation merged to create Riddell Bell Holdings.
